About Us
Special
Arrangements is a family owned and operated business.
We opened our doors in November of 2002 in a small office/warehouse
on Stage Road in Auburn. We quickly outgrew that space
and in April 2003 moved to our present location at 2515
E. Glenn Ave., Suite 302.
Special Arrangements was founded to give this area
a full service party and event resource. We strive to
service the needs of each and every customer. Whether
you need assistance planning and implementing an elaborate
wedding or corporate event or simply a few tables and
chairs for a backyard barbeque, we are here for you.
Meet Special Arrangement’s Management
Team
Keith Phillips
Office Manager

Keith is originally from Birmingham. After graduating
from Auburn University in Business Management, he made
Auburn his home. Keith really likes running a family
business and the freedom it gives him to quickly adapt
to the needs of his clients. He truly enjoys working
with people as they plan their special events and strives
to make things work within each client’s budget.
Donna Phillips
Event Consultant

Donna is an Auburn native and works with her husband,
Keith, and brother-in-law, Lawrence, in running Special
Arrangements. Donna graduated from Auburn University
in Business Finance. Special Arrangements began as her
idea and she is passionate about its success. She feels
that customer service is the cornerstone of this business
and strives to make every client feel special.
Lawrence Phillips
General Manager

Lawrence has a long history in retail management.
Since finishing school at Auburn University he has spent
over 30 years in different retail management positions.
He has always wanted to make the Auburn – Opelika
area his home, so he was happy to move and be a part
of starting Special Arrangements. Lawrence is a people
person and loves working closely with our clients to
make their events special and successful.
